Direct Intentions© offers a 9 month action-reflection course that thoroughly equips you to become an effective mentor in the community or workplace in which you function.

The skills learned have the potential to impact every area of life and relationships.

Course Structure

  • One full day at the commencement of the course
  • A three hour session per month over 9 months
  • Graduation Celebration

The course has a maximum of 12 participants within each intake to create an interactive, relational learning environment where you will:

  • Discover your unique style of mentoring
  • Learn skills for listening and relating
  • Access helpful resources and networks
  • Engage in on-going learning and supervision
