Dianne has enjoyed a varied career in a range of business sectors:

Education:

  • Primary school teacher
  • Established a multi-cultural school in Papua New Guinea
  • Principal in a couple of Christian Schools in Tasmania
  • Education consultant and curriculum development for Tasmania National Parks, Heritage and Wildlife

Consultancy:

  • Leadership, change management, organisational culture and team management trainer
  • Mentor trainer, supervisor
  • Facilitation and workshop presenter

Many years of training, teaching, volunteering and leading have given insights into the importance of living well, relating well and leading well in order to achieve shared outcomes.

Community and people are the focus of Dianne’s life with the emphasis on communicating and partnering with people and communities who want to be effective individually and collectively.

Her passion for teaching and inspiring others to reach their potential led her to the Mentor Training Course conducted by Les Scarborough from John Mark Ministries. After completing the course she went on to become a Mentor Trainer and Supervisor, working alongside Tim Dyer also from John Mark Ministries.

Dianne then went on to establish Direct Intentions as a consultancy business providing training for individuals, communities and organisations.
